CAPE TOWN TOURS
Cape Peninsula Tour
At the southwestern tip of Africa lies the most magnificent peninsula, with its rugged coastline and natural raw beauty. This full-day tour starts from Cape Town city, making its way along the spectacular Atlantic seaboard, encompassing the Sea Point promenade, Clifton, Camps Bay, and Llandudno beach towns. Once at the seaside town of Hout Bay, an optional Boat ride to view the Seal Colony at Duiker Island will be available.
After that, we head along the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive with its incredible views before arriving at Cape Point Nature Reserve. Take the funicular ride to the lighthouse, or a short hike for the fantastic views, followed by lunch and a visit to the Cape of Good Hope before we move on.
After Cape Point, we then head along the East coast of the Peninsula to the Naval town of Simonstown, where we will visit the African Penguin colony at Boulders Beach. Then, after that, a visit to the Kirstenbosch botanical gardens, before returning to the city of Cape Town.
Table Mountain and Cape Town City Tour
Table Mountain is Cape Town’s most iconic attraction and one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. The idea is always to try to visit Table Mountain in the morning (weather dependent), and then from there, we will show you some of the historic sites of the city and the waterfront. However, we can also include Robben Island on this day, weather dependent.
Day Safari Tour (from Cape Town)
We offer a 1-day safari trip departing Cape Town at 7am to arrive at the reserve for welcoming refreshments around 9am. An experienced ranger will take you on a 2-3 hour game drive in an open 4×4 vehicle to view animals such as lion, rhino, giraffe, zebra, buffalo, hippo, warthog, baboons, ostrich and a wide variety of antelope.
You will also have the opportunity to view the world-renowned San Bushmen rock paintings during your drive. The reserve is also home to a diverse array of bird species.
We enjoy lunch at the reserve, after which we make our way back to Cape Town, stopping at a wine farm or two for tastings.
Whale Route Tour
From July to November, our coastline comes alive with the annual visit of the Southern Right Whales. Join us on a full-day tour along our impressive coastline to watch these magnificent creatures. We visit the seaside town of Hermanus, which boasts some of the best land-based whale watching in the world.
This route features excellent wine estates, making this tour ideal for enjoying both whale watching and wine tasting.
